Preliminary Strategy Session
This is free, pre-requisite 20 minute initial session to:
– establish area(s) you would like coaching on
– determine whether I can add value as your coach
– answer any questions you have about the process
– discuss the structure, timing and pricing of sessions
– can be combined with an discounted initial 40 minute coaching session
Below are some typical structured packages that work for many clients:
Inspired to Act NOW package
– 4 sessions of 45 minutes each
– 1 session per week
– 2 weekly email exchanges if desired
– Great for those who are eager to establish momentum at a rapid pace.
Coaching Starter package
– 6 sessions of 45 minutes each
– Spread over 2 months at your convenience
– 2 weekly email exchanges if desired
– Effective if there are 2 or 3 specific areas/ issues you would like to work on.
Sustained Motivation package
– 10 sessions of 45 minutes each
– distributed as required over 3 months
– 2 weekly email exchanges if desired
– Ideal for keeping yourself in check and maintaining your focus on your goals
Personal Development package
– 5 sessions of 90 minutes each
– 1 session per day over 1 week
– Covers some enlightening coaching techniques and processes you can use going forward
– Includes a Core Value identification process
Re-invent Your Life package
– 24 sessions of 45 minutes each
– distributed as required over 1 year
– 2 weekly email exchanges if desired
– Recommended for helping deal with multiple, complex issues or goals
